MY PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that good food is an intrinsic part of good health, supporting the body’s own mechanisms for growth, repair and defence.
I know that good food can be provided very easily, quickly and inexpensively for ourselves and our families with some simple practices. I believe in using whole, fresh and seasonal foods as much as possible to support this.
I believe that little changes can make huge differences and when we choose to eat good food we make a lifetime investment towards our well-being, our physical and mental health.
I believe that each individual has unique needs and dietary requirements. While there are general recommendations for all of us,it is important to look at each person individually. |
