1. One to one consultation on diet & lifestyle.
This involves analysing your existing diet and lifestyle, making recommendations and giving you a dietary protocol that can be practically integrated into your everyday life. A follow up call is made to acknowledge progress or address any difficulties. Many conditions can be looked at from weight problems, diabetes and sugar control, cholesterol, mood behaviour to eating habits for families. 2. Practical cookery classes.
I offer classes that have an emphasis on whole foods and healthy eating as well as choosing recipes that are simple, varied and quick to prepare. The classes can be for individuals and groups and are open to all levels of ability, age and gender. Nutritional information relevant to the menus is outlined, explaining why such foods are important to prepare and eat. I also hold cookery camps for children throughout the year. 3. Good food Presentations
I offer a presentation on nutrition and good food explaining how and why it should be the basis of your diet. I discuss today’s ‘western’ diet and lifestyles and the effects they have on your health and well-being. I explore ways to counter any imbalances created and to encourage a more positive lifestyle and dietary framework that can lead to better health for you.
